2) I’m not accusing them of faking their GPAs, transcripts are verified before offers are extended
3) selection effects aren’t the issue because that happens every year, but in recent years the selected sample has a much higher GPA than in prior years

@Mach2x Yeah I agree, and when you find one it can be suboptimal - not hot enough or no loyly. Having said that, I've been served a ton of ads recently (for Loyly Studio, The Bathhouse, Shelter by RF) so I guess there's no shortage of new market entrants on this wellness trend for now?

After six months of getting Bryan Johnson-pilled in response to burnout, I am now more sensitive than ever to the effects of poor air quality. Especially with the slightly hazy conditions nowadays in SG and having just returned from KL, I notice being outside for even 10 to 15 mins triggers a noticeable inflammation in the sinues, it's insane.
