@FREEDOM4U2025 @TomSteyer Regarding prop 13, I'm all for maintaining prop 13 for residential use, but it should be limited to owner-occupied housing. It shouldn't be used as a real estate investment tool. Then we're subsidizing as a state, the real estate market. We should be out of that

@MarcusPun @TomSteyer I’m a CA realtor. The real problem is majority of SFH rental properties are owned by “moms & pops” with same greedy mentality as everyone else. HIGHTECH engineers offering above asking knocked out average earners & raised comparables which in turn drove up prices on all RE.

So why not suspend prop 13 protections for single family homes that are being used as rentals until they are owner occupied
