This trash and his buddies tried robbing a store in Times Square. Security guard stops them, so the little savage yanks out a .45 handgun and starts firing into the crowd like a fucking animal. He’s looking at attempted murder charges for shooting at cops. He snuck into America in September. This shit didn’t have to happen. Send these violent invaders the fuck back where they came from.

Haven’t paid too much attention to this whole #killswitch in automobile story…until today, and started digging into. This is utterly absurd. Mandating a technology that does not exist, and, it really is a kill switch…controlled by an algorithm….written by an automaker….approved by a bureaucrat. Utter insanity. I assumed everyone was overreacting. Sorry. You’re not.

Genuinely if this comes to pass and isn't changed, I will have lost all faith in the Republican Party. This is such a major violation of the rights of privacy for Americans that calling it Orwellian doesn't even cover it - I don't recall the cars in 1984 deciding if you're fit to drive.
This needs to be amended and removed from law. There is no reasonable reason for anything like this to ever be made law in any regard.

It's worth recapping just how many state laws Virginia Democrats violated in order to actually do this referendum.
They kept a special session open for two years, pushed it through with early voting already underway in last year's governor's race, and failed to publish it three months before an election.
They wrote an extremely misleading ballot question, also in violation of the law, that claimed creating a 10D-1R map was a "temporary measure" to "restore fairness," in order to influence a particular result.
And yet, a referendum passing by less than 5 points will allow them to create a 10D-1R map in a state that voted for Kamala by 6 points.
If only Republicans would use the power they gain to ruthlessly govern instead of lecturing us about 'norms and procedures.'

Researchers have created a new device that uses ultrasound to trigger smells directly in the brain for VR The small device rests on the forehead with a soft gel pad. It sends gentle sound waves through the skull to the area of the brain that processes smell. Current VR smell systems use cartridges that need constant refills and can make a mess. This new method is cleaner and could one day let people smell virtual worlds like forests or oceans naturally. The project is still in early prototype stage from a small research team. Safety levels were kept low, but more testing is needed.
