The F-35 in question made it back to base safely, landed, and the pilot is fine. So, technically, it’s still unkillable.
That’s not even to mention the fact that we still don’t have any confirmation of what hit the thing. I’m extremely skeptical of the Iranian footage.

Lockheed Martin spent thirty years and four hundred billion dollars, the most expensive weapons programme in human history, building an aircraft that the enemy simply could not see. Not on radar. If your view of who is winning is simply, “who has killed the most of the other” then you’re using the same mistaken analysis that Trump is using.
Here’s the truth: The USA has already concluded their initial goal (regime change via bombing) is not possible and have changed their tune a dozen times since on what their goal is.
Iran has had only one goal the entire time: survive and make the USA and Israel pay a high enough price they never do this again. That is still achievable.

He took the greatest military force in world history, lost a war to a middle power in a week, begged the world to save him, and demanded that the media lie about this and everything else. I try, but at a simple human level I do not see how anyone can mistake this man’s almost supernatural weakness for strength. His weakness is something negative, gravitational, so deep that it can draw in a whole country. But only if we fail to see it. Only if we let it.
