I've come across a lot of people (mainly newer/less casual players) who think there's player progression on Custom seas/Private servers. Can we market this better?

@AlmtyChcknPoo Just to defend a friend here, from what I remember he just stepped down and never said he *wouldn't* play again. This instance was a scheduled stream with a friend of his which he regularly does, almost always on SoT. The game only lasted an hour though which is less than usual.

This makes me sad if it happened today...I realize it's hard to walk away...but our community deserves better.

After a lot of thought, I’ve decided to step down from the @SeaOfThieves Partner Program. I love Sea of Thieves and I’ll always be thankful for the opportunities, friendships, and memories that came from it. But seeing the recent news surrounding someone who was elevated and promoted by members of the CM team has honestly been disgusting. Especially hearing that some people may have known about certain behavior and it was still pushed forward anyway. As a Christian, I have to stand on what I believe is right. Between this and years of harassment that creators have dealt with while little was done about it, I just can’t continue representing the program in good faith anymore. This wasn’t an easy decision because I truly love this game and the community we built around it. But I feel like it’s the right decision for me, my family, and my community moving forward. Thank you to everyone who supported me through all of it.

matchmaking takes forever, flags disappear after diving back after a win before going thru the portal, masts glitch if you dont repair them, half the boats dont count toward streaks like wtf is this buggy mess i just want to play dollar tree arena in peace @SeaOfThieves
