Founders: how often do you take vacation? A founder who just closed a seed round told me they haven't taken a day off in over a year. IMO it's critical for founders (as it is for everyone!) to take time, relax, and come back refreshed 💫

anytime a founder declines a request for a group investor call (with VCs across a few firms that have invested), i find it to be a red flag. (interestingly, this typically only happens when the company is not doing great). would love to hear others' thoughts.
