@MegabusHelp I scheduled a trip with you guys last week, and the day of, my ride was cancelled. I received a refund, but only for the price of the ticket, not the booking fee. How is it fair that I paid to book, but don’t get the money back when you cancelled the ride?

@megabus @MegabusHelp so today my 1am bus was cancelled but email not sent until 12:08! So now two ride share trips I paid for that could have been avoided and need to find a place to stay! If roads were closed we could have been given hours of heads up
