@PacceyGuy Online discourse is completely unhinged, but most people I’ve talked to IRL are relatively normal. I think it’s a small amount of actual antisemites and a lot of people who don’t know enough about the subject to recognize it and just repeat anything anti-israel

It's so good that the Palestinian genocide is getting national attention after years of getting ignored outside of leftist spaces. However, the amount of antisemitism that has crept into anti the conversation is really bad

Part of the reason I got sick of streaming HS is the constant discussions about what’s good or bad for the game. All the community does is backseat the devs these days and it’s so boring. One of the bigger mistakes they’ve made is asking for creator input for balance I think

@FlareIsGone I've almost never seen players complain about cards doing more things? Power level is another thing, but people generally seem to enjoy having interesting cards to build around, and recent design is making those interesting cards more playable

@MiloPaperman I know that it does make the game more interesting to not be bumping vanillas, but are we not at least at the point of trying to scale it back similarly? I think we're at the point that something has to happen cause player sentiment just keeps getting worse.

Hearthstone cards in 2024 don't do 1 thing anymore, it can't just be a 3 mana 1/4 discover a taunt minion, it has to be a 3 mana 1/5 draw AND discount a taunt It can't just be a 1 mana 2/2 it also has to be a 0 cost tradeable spell that also deals damage with spell damage
