@KirstyGerrard2 Hi Kirsty, I have a few experiments that are easy and low stakes to get engagement initially. I have used grape juice and bicarb as it changes the colour and they liked that. I have also coke and mentoes and balloon races. Happy to share anything I have 👍🏻

Had a fright last night in that I’ve strained my sternum (see costochondritis) but googled it and then couldn’t sleep because my anxiety kicked in and convinced me I was having a heart attack! 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ So from now on, I’m living a healthier life!! Because the panic was real! 😩👎🏻
