@tomdoorley A lot of people have forgotten how real smoked salmon tastes. It was a luxury item and still is and very different to cheap salmon that fills the supermarket shelves.

After 5 years of Minister @EamonRyan in gov (when he commissioned 9 new gas fired power stations), Ireland's grid is more carbon intensive and expensive than ever. Any country serious about clean, cheap electricity should look to France not Germany.
