This attorney wants to be taken seriously so bad but can’t even spell Dalton Eatherly’s last name correctly. “There is zero evidence that Dalton Easterly provoked Joshua Foxx…”. No. But there is evidence to suggest that Joshua Foxx defended himself against a man reaching for his gun during a verbal argument. “Fight or flight” I’m not saying this is what happened but there is far more evidence to suggest this occurred than Dalton EATHERLY not provoking him…but given Dalton’s track record, I’d bet he provoked him. But this is all speculation. They have video surveillance that no one has seen and probably won’t until trial or unless it’s leaked. I don’t think law enforcement and the judge would have listed all these charges and high bond if they didn’t see something substantial in that video.

We will see what the specific people in this courthouse considered appropriate bail for confessed child killers, double murderers, convicted felons who killed multiple people, murder defendants who fled the state, and murder defendants who were rearrested while already out on bond. The numbers are worse than you think. And the bail amounts I found were the initial amounts, most were likely reduced further at subsequent hearings. The bail hearing is May 21.
