@N2itiveDesigns Two questions: 1. Is there any long-term fix for the front upper control arm failures on MX? 2. Do you know a shop in Seattle area that installs your parts?

@keylimesoda Hi Ric Sorry I missed your message earlier. Now we are working on a front upper control arm for the model S and x. But it's about 6 months out right now. As far as installers go there is a great shop that we work with called truline. There's one in Seattle and one in Bellevue

Model X car shakes when above 80mph and above. Worsens as speed increases. What’s causing this? Tires were balanced recently

@elonmusk @StephenKing Stephen in regards to poor tire wear on Teslas check out N2itive.me You need adjustable control arms to fix that problem. Tesla's control arms are not adjustable. The problem really has very little to do with the tires themselves.

@elonmusk Yeah, how about a model where the tires don’t wear out after 7500 miles? Great car, but that’s just wrong.
