@Net_Architect This is pretty much aligned with what I believe occurred. Fosun got very lucky that Mendes best mate Nuno is actually a top class manager. They've been left with a legacy asset that they really have no clue how to run and can't properly fund from China.

See a lot of questions of why we are in the position we are in. Here is my take on what could be going on. PS I am in no way defending anyone, Fosun do need to go. The fans, players and staff of this magnificent club need a clean slate with new ownership. Deserve better #wwfc

@ElstoneGutters I keep a close eye on geopolitics and security, the world has changed dramatically in the past 3.5 years. A business like Fosun doesn't just stop and run an investment into the ground. There is a bigger picture. My interpretation could be wrong.
