Friday Ride Day. I love mountain biking. It was my first passion before running. I used to ride my bike everywhere. Instead of Summer camp as a kid I rode my bike in the mountains. But it's been a while. Now getting out on the trail makes me super uncomfortable. I've had some big falls that put me in the hospital. But you've got to face your fears. That uneasy feeling, that discomfort... It's telling you what to do. Go for a ride.
