@elisemargow Lesbians have the highest rates of domestic violence, highest rates of divorce and very high rates of child abuse and murder - mainly against little boys. Very disturbed cohort who get a free pass and very little scrutiny and consequence.

It beggars belief that in 2026 Lesbians are unable to hold lesbian events because men with penises identifying as women insist on their right to force themselves into these events! We used to call this behaviour unlawful sexual harassment - except now with the imprimatur of the law heterosexual men can force their way into these spaces. @AlboMP what are you going to do to bring sanity back into Australia.

@KirstieMAllsopp as a DClinPsych with over thirty years' clinical experience I can categorically tell you this. It is never 'kind' or 'polite' to collude with someone's cognitive distortions and/or their psychotic beliefs. True kindness lies in what we psychologists call 'reality-testing', whereby we challenge people's maladaptive thinking patterns. The goal of this is for the people we treat to become grounded in reality, so that their behaviour becomes more adaptive and, eventually, their mental health improves. A man thinking he is a woman (or vice-versa), is about as maladaptive as it gets. Whether we like it or not, we are all rooted in the physical reality of our bodies: I for example am Black woman, and you are White woman. We were both born within this genetic 'envelope', if you will. And each of us lives, and we will die within, the genetic envelope of our race. (And, I'm sure the idea of 'Blacking up' would horrify you). This is exactly the same with sex. It's not a matter of having 'sympathy' for 'trans' people. We do them no favours by lying to them and colluding with their dysfunctional thinking, because inevitably they will run out of cognitive distortions. The lies will wear thin and biological reality will 100% catch up with them. This is inescapable. The truly 'sympathetic' thing to therefore, is to be honest to 'trans people'. They have not changed sex. They cannot change sex. They will die exactly the same sex as they were born. The truth is kindness. Not your lies.

In the court case I am involved in, the ridiculously titled Giggle v Tickle, Australia’s sex discrimination commissioner intervened & for reasons only she will ever understand decided to declare that men need pregnancy protections in law. Basically, she wants to give men legal protections they don’t need while taking away legal protections women do need, such as women only spaces, services & sport. It’s beyond stupid.

The last time that I attended oral arguments at SCOTUS was for Obergefell in April of 2015 (gay marriage). I’m flying out to DC tomorrow so that I can attend oral arguments there on 1/13. The two cases at issue involve bans on trans identified males in women’s sports. My prediction is that SCOTUS will uphold these sports bans. Trans identified males in women’s sports is fundamentally unfair. Not only that, public opinion on the matter is overwhelmingly AGAINST the inclusion of men in women’s sports.

I saw this post on Facebook and wanted to share it because this needs to be said. I am a woman. I’m a woman because I was born one. A man will never be a woman. And I’m not a cis folk, cis woman, or birthing person. I am a woman. Not a label softened for comfort, not a term rewritten to please trends. My identity is not up for debate, redefinition, or approval. Womanhood is written into my body, my history, and my lived reality. It carries strength, vulnerability, resilience, and truth. I refuse language that erases what I am in the name of progress. I will not be reduced to neutral terms or fragmented categories. I stand rooted in reality, unashamed and whole. I am a woman—complete, undeniable, and enough.

WHO’S WITH ME?? A Senator wearing symbols widely recognised as being associated with a listed terrorist organisation is unacceptable — full stop. 
Regardless of intent, her picture legitimises violence and extremism and has no place in Australia’s Parliament. And this is not an isolated incident. Senator Thorpe has: • Publicly used rhetoric calling for the burning of Parliament; • Stormed Parliament during the King’s visit; • Admitted she did not properly recite the oath at her swearing-in ceremony - therefore making her position unlawful; • Repeatedly aligned herself with violent movements and extremist causes. This is a pattern of behaviour, not a one-off “mistake”. After what Australians witnessed in Bondi, this country must draw a firm line. 
There can be zero tolerance for elected officials who normalise violence, glorify extremism, or undermine the rule of law. In my view, any Senator who legitimises terrorism or political violence is unfit to serve and should be stripped of their position. This behaviour is not acceptable at any level of government nor within the community. When are we going to say ENOUGH?? Share this far and wide!

The more these men show their trophy pictures violating women’s spaces and bypassing our consent, the more they expose transgenderism as a men’s entitlement movement to normalize men’s abuse against women and girls.

In the US and around the world the dreadful images of Iman Khelif punching women in the head during the Olympics, William “Lia” Thomas winning swimming competitions and Gavin “Laurel” Hubbard standing on a women’s podium for weightlifting, resulted in the fantastic actions getting some men out of women’s sport. Imagine if we had never seen their images or read their names in reports. They would still be getting away with it. Perhaps if they want to keep competing, they should all move to Australia where they will enjoy limitless protections, and their opponents will be punished?

I, Kirralie Smith, hereby admit to recognising men, calling them men and asking publicly why those men are playing on a women's team in a women's sporting competition. I also admit that my actions did as I intended, and raised awareness of men in women's sport so now more people are recognising men in women's sport calling them men and asking why they are in women's sport. I admit to raising awareness of men in women's sport in a variety of ways, including mockery (which is a time-honoured method of raising awareness of unfairness), articles and social media posts of particular men who are in women's sport. I admit also that I was not the first to recognise those men, call them men and raise awareness of them being in women's sport and that all my information about them came from information that was already in the public domain and easily accessible. I admit to being an inspiration for all people to continue to recognise men, call them men and treat them as men. Particularly when they are in spaces, sports and services no man should ever be in. Finally, I admit to being f*cking awesome and greatly admired and respected by all right-thinking people who, when they see an injustice, will look to me for the inspiration and strength to not remain silent.

Politicians & institutions were all too eager to instantly accept men as women but when it comes to women’s sex based rights suddenly they need the supreme court, the EHRC, two turtle doves & a partridge in a pear tree before they’ll even contemplate remotely acknowledging them.
