FELLOW DEGENERATES, listen up 🚀☢️ While you zoomers are still simping for $OKLO‘s hyped sodium-cooled toy (~$12-13B market cap, Sam Altman vibes, Meta mentions), the REAL alpha is $IMSR — trading at roughly ~7% of OKLO’s valuation with straight-up superior tech. $OKLO at ~$13B.
$IMSR at ~$800M. Same nuclear renaissance. One-tenth the price. That’s the story. WHY THIS GAP IS INSANE: •Molten salt chads dominate. IMSR runs 600-700°C with fuel in the salt. Walk-away safe (freeze plug kills any runaway). OKLO sodium? Leak = instant fire. •High-temp industrial heat beast. Hydrogen, desalination, synfuels, chemicals, data center steam — IMSR does it all. OKLO is mostly power. IMSR is full-stack for AI + heavy industry. $OKLO bros coping with “b-but partnerships!” $IMSR chads are sitting in the 10x re-rate waiting room. When the market wakes up to better tech at 1/10th the price… gap closes violently. This isn’t financial advice DYODD Load $IMSR or cope later. ☢️💎🚀

It seems there is serious interest in restarting the construction the VC Summer nuclear plant in South Carolina. This was envisioned as a sister nuclear plant to Plant Vogtle in Georgia, but almost 10 years ago (after many billions of dollars had already been spent), the VC Summer project was cancelled. With VC Summer being within a hundred miles of Plant Vogtle, it seems likely that learnings from Plant Vogtle can be applied to VC Summer if construction restarts.

Breaking: Brookfield and The Nuclear Company teaming up to deliver GW-scale nuclear Proud to announcing a joint venture between The Nuclear Company and Brookfield to deliver Westinghouse reactors, including to manage the completion of AP1000s in South Carolina. From the day I discovered nuclear energy my goal has been to build as much of it as possible for the world. Today, with my team at @thenuclearco, we're taking a huge step towards that. It's been an honor to work as Chief of Staff for proven builder-CEO @JonathanWebbKY alongside our legendary Chief Nuclear Officer @TheNuclearJoe as we build the team and technology that can finally fix the nuclear plant deployment problem in the West. I've been an advocate for nuclear energy long enough to see the revolution in public appreciation for this wondrous technology, but just being popular isn't enough. We have to be able to build on-time, on-budget, with proven designs that are repeated over and over with an experienced and disciplined project management team using the best emerging tech. That is precisely what we're doing at The Nuclear Company. I'll be sharing more going forward as we deliver on the awesome potential unlocked by today's announcement.

The $EOSE investment thesis is pretty binary at this point. The company has lined up a 10 year lease for a building that can hold 4 high efficiency lines, and also a corporate building in downtown Pittsburgh that will be a software hub, where they can hire smart guys from Carnegie Mellon and MIT in a soft college graduate job market where they may not be getting many other better of offers. AI will presumably continually improve the performance of the product. The cost of raw materials on the spot market for the Eos Z3 should theoretically offer a much cheaper battery than Li-ion at scale. Much less than $100/kWh before the benefit of tax credits. But, it's not yet, and it's kind of a chicken or egg situation getting to scale to realize those cost benefits. If they stop at Line 2 and struggle to get many more orders, the company fails. If they fill out the new facility over time and through cost absorption reduce COGS to less than $160/kWh before credits, they will be a $40+ stock. Commissioning and field data for larger systems, like Viejas, Orchard and Torrecillas have been elusive. From a stock market perspective, the company would be well advised to spend some time discussing this issue with a frank and fulsome openness on the next call, to help investors understand the situation, their past struggles and the path forward. Sometimes I think we know more about this situation than Eos management and the board, because bad news does not filter to the top. Their prior optimistic statements on earnings calls (i.e. Torrecillas is producing "phenomenal" field data last summer, in stark contrast to the fact that they haven't completed commissioning) is another sign of either management dishonesty, delusions, or cultural deficiency of a communication breakdown.

@yasir_fission @UnoMasReactor Any challenges in terms of redundancy let’s say if the UI / touchscreen stops working? I’m all for sleek and intuitive interfaces but it’s hard for an analog system to break (or be broken into…cybersecurity issues?)

If this means actually building reactors, accelerating approvals, and exporting Canadian nuclear leadership, really great. If it’s another strategy PDF with a 2026 deadline, we’re still in maintenance mode pretending it’s ambition. This actually looks pretty good. I am hopeful here.

Canada is balls to the walls full throttle into nuclear and you don’t need this announcement to prove it ☢️ Pickering being refurbished, Bruce A/B and Darlington all being or recently refurbished, Darlington SMR under construction, Bruce C (4800MW) early planning, Wesleyville site (up to 12GW) early planning, Energy alberta planning new nuclear at peach river and…. Saskpower planning new nuclear. #uranium #nuclear

CANADA JUST COMMITTED TO A FULL-SCALE NUCLEAR ENERGY STRATEGY · National strategy coming: NRCan announced a new framework at the Canadian Nuclear Association Conference on April 29, final strategy due by end of 2026 · Four pillars: new builds across Canada; global export leadership; expanded uranium and fuel cycle; next-gen innovation across fission and fusion · Military angle: DND allocating $40M (2026–2027) to assess Canadian-controlled microreactors for remote and Arctic bases, energy sovereignty in focus · Chalk River: $2.2B over 10 years into Canada’s national nuclear lab spanning SMRs, fuels, CANDU, and safety and security · Uranium backbone: ~24% of global supply (2024), largely from Saskatchewan, $2.6B economic impact · System scale: 17 CANDU reactors produce ~13% of Canada’s electricity; nuclear sector contributes ~$22B annually Canada is moving beyond resource supplier to full-spectrum nuclear power, fuel cycle, SMRs, large reactors, and defense applications. Darlington was the start. This makes it policy. $CCJ $NXE $UUUU $LEU $GEV
