Friday went as expected for Greg Anderson as far as what we saw in Pro Stock. With a new racetrack, no cars being sent home, and really good air, there were teams trying things and it led to seeing quite a few not getting down the track. "Everyone is trying to figure it out.."

One thing I miss about NASCAR that came and went so quick was tandem drafting it literally came out of nowhere and it was a different style of racing at the super speedways, but just like everything people didn’t like it back then and quickly faded into history.

The gatekeeping of the sport is unnecessary. Jason Kelce experiencing NASCAR hurts no one. It was not a TV deal or for ratings. It was between Kelce and Hendrick Motorsports because he wanted to see what it's like. And then him raving about the sport to people who follow him is huge.

Dystany Spurlock will make her truck debut next week at Watkins Glen and would be the first Black woman to compete in a NASCAR national series race. What she said last month at Rockingham about her being looked at as a trailblazer, her career path and her racing goals.

@Kenny_Wallace @NASCAR I took 3 of my kids to the Saturday races and we had an absolute blast. The best sporting event I have ever been to hands down. Planning a trip to Bristol for the night race as we speak!

Some are saying that was the greatest @NASCAR weekend in 25 years? ALL first time winners all weekend. Then you mix in Cleetus and Hocevar during the ARCA celebration and that sent it over the top😂
