During the early 2010's failed Kona Blue transfer of recovered UFO materials from Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company to the AAWSAP program, Sturtevant liaised between Lockheed VP Dr. Jim Ryder and CIA DS&T Deputy Director Glenn Gaffney, who was crucial to killing the proposed transfer.
