I love His church.

You can't love Jesus and divorce yourself from his bride. If you truly love Jesus, you'll love his church and love to worship with the church.

A remarkable scene in Greenville today as a procession of firetrucks, law enforcement, first responders from throughout South Carolina progressed down to First Baptist Simpsonville / Upstate Church to honor Shon Hamilton-step son of my dear friend Mark Holbrook.

Today I had the privilege to serve my eight year old son his first communion.

@sdesocio Homes should be little economies. And they can be grouped together with other little economies that work to create inter-dependence, security and resiliency. In other words, they create community.
