@Uber stated there wouldn't be a refund and reminded the driver about community standards. That's all folks. People can be dangerous and @Uber_Support is ok with it.

Last week my visually impaired brother took an @Uber to his dialysis appt. His driver couldn't find the location and become enraged. My brother ended up getting out the car to find his way to the building.

My visually impaired brother was on his way to dialysis via @Uber. The driver was so mean and ugly, my brother feared for his safety and no one from @Uber_Support @Uber has gotten back with me.
