I know crazy techies in my X network who are actually curious, genius, and sharing authentic content. What if I bring them for a podcast? They can share about career stories, AI, build in public, distribution, and cracking job interviews? Followers count doesn't matter but the quality of content one person is making on X matters. @RishabJ108 @hey_yogini True, I faced the same issue. The thing is most armrests are too high even at the lowest setting, causing extra pain and pressure at the shoulders and neck. How was this chair's armrest. Is it too high ?

@PaceWithPurpose @hey_yogini For years, I learnt to keep elbows on the arm rest. Turned out the best posture for me was elbows on the table and table almost at the stomach level and arm rest literally below the table. Never have been feeling better. All of this was assessed by my physio. Shocked & healing ✌️

@RishabJ108 @hey_yogini Sure Got it, so no padding in lumbar support I guess. How about the Chair overall ? Because most indian ergonomic chair brands (Green soul, Sleep company), in long term usage, you'll see a lot of issues. Is it the same.

@PaceWithPurpose @hey_yogini Just get a good mckenzie lumbar support. No fancy chair can fix bad postures or back pain. It is all basics.. lumbar support, stretches, exercises to strengthen support muscles(other than back) Years of back pain only fixed by posture correction.

@spectre2k4007 Featherlite check panni paarunga. If Chennai, please visit Featherlite showroom. They are better than online sellers like Greensoul & Sleep Company (i dont like these 2 brands at all). There is a new player in india - Superergo. Not sure how good they are. So wouldn't recommend.
