Interesting comp using a variation of the Voli Lissandra/Ryze comp but with Bilgewater instead of Ionia, can't read the guide right now but from the looks of it you use 5/7 Bilgewater for Illaoi, unlock Citrus/barknucles, stats and unlock TK ND then pivot to unlock Ryze, will try it, Bilgewater Ryze sounds interesting

How to build the best Demacia board at level 9?
- never drop out of 5 Demacia
- Swain 2* always go on the board
- replace 2 Demacia units with upgraded legendaries
- can play Sylas or Ryze if you have items for them

There's actually secret tech that makes this augment broken. You need to 2nd row your main tank and 1st row your other tanks.
If you're playing Tryndamere you third row him to get the damage buff.
He won't get targetted this way

Today was the day I learnt this augment that's intended for melee carries is horrible on melee carries - the targeting happens AFTER the dash procs, so the enemy carries will immediately target your melee carry if you don't front row them next to a tank.

How to actually play Bilgewater?
* Always prioritize stats (HP AS)
* Go for graves 3 when can (QSS + DMG)
* BREW TF!!!
* only get 1-2 tier2 bilge items
* play 7 asap but toggle down to5 and get graves, stats and brew
* FEED THE FROG
* toggle between tiers to get cheep stats.
