The important Russian Baltic port of Ust-Luga has resumed operations after drone attacks.
Bloomberg reports this, citing ship movement data.
At the end of March, Ukrainian drones repeatedly attacked the ports of Ust-Luga and Primorsk in Russia's Leningrad Oblast.
Bloomberg reported that this led to a reduction in oil production from the ports to about a third of the previous week's level, cutting Moscow's revenue by over one billion dollars.
The Ukrainian armed forces describe the Ust-Luga oil terminal as one of the Russian Federation's most important seaports on the Baltic Sea, through which Russia exports crude oil and petroleum products, particularly using vessels of the "shadow fleet."

Commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces, Robert “Magyar” Brovdi, has been awarded the highest distinction of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine – the “Cross of Merit”.
Oleksandr Syrskyi personally presented the award to Magyar during a frontline visit to the Pokrovsk sector.
The Cross of Merit is awarded for participation in combat operations, contributions to the defense of Ukraine’s sovereignty, leadership of military units, command in combat, and exceptional contribution to strengthening the Armed Forces.
Notably, the award traces its origins back to World War II – the Cross of Merit was the highest distinction of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army (UPA), which fought for Ukraine’s independence. In modern Ukraine, it has been awarded since russia’s full-scale invasion began in 2022.
The badge takes the form of an equilateral cross with blue enamel and flared ends. At its center is a blue medallion with a yellow border and the military trident. Crossed maces are placed along the diagonals. The ribbon is silk moiré with longitudinal blue and yellow stripes.

Yet another Russian attack on Ukraine last night. There are dead and injured. ▪️ In Odesa, three people were killed, including a child - a 30-year-old woman, her daughter aged just 2 years and six months, and another woman aged 53. Fifteen people were injured, including a pregnant woman and two children: a 7-month-old boy and a 2-year-old girl. The injured suffered shrapnel wounds, burns, and smoke inhalation. Some are in serious condition. Russians targeted residential buildings, infrastructure facilities, and administrative buildings. A kindergarten was damaged. ▪️ In Chernihiv region, a Russian attack left nearly 400,000 consumers without electricity. Four strikes on energy facilities were recorded. Most areas are currently without power. ▪️ In Kyiv region, Russians struck energy infrastructure. The city of Slavutych was left without electricity. ▪️ In Kharkiv region, four people were injured. Apartment buildings and private homes, power grids, an office building, outbuildings, administrative buildings, shops, a post office, garages, a bus, a civilian enterprise, a cultural center, and a hotel were damaged. ▪️ Russian forces carried out more than 30 attacks on Dnipropetrovsk region using artillery and drones.
