@berkie1 @MassGovernor Crazy idea: non-profits to build and sell/rent housing at cost. I can't tell you the number of potential deals we've looked at where a project has thin (but positive) cashflow but not enough to make the private sector interested.

Izzo is an old school coach as was John. Dusty has come in guns a blazing using the new landscape of College athletics to his advantage and a lot of the old school coaches do not like it. Especially when they start to see how successful he has been since becoming Michigan's head coach. Its not that hard to understand
