Karmelo Anthony stabbed Austin Metcalf in the chest. He conceded to doing so at the scene, upon contact with police. This is uncontested.
Anthony is seeking to justify this stabbing as self-defense. Self-defense is inherently a deliberate act. You are intentionally using force to stop a perceived threat. There is no "accidental" self-defense.
If Anthony were seeking to escape legal liability on the grounds of unintentional accident, he could raise the legal defense of accident. He has not done so.
Because Anthony has conceded to the stabbing, and has conceded the stabbing was intentional self-defense, the stabbing is intentional.
You should be ashamed of your entire genetic line that this has to be explained to you as if you had the intellect of a dumb rock.

What a ridiculous post. They would have had her arrested for witness intimidation. The people in the house have no morals and some are most likely murderers. BTW, Karen will own the Commonwealth and the Town of Canton when all is said and done. A very big price tag for what they did to her.
