@Prenetics can you confirm that you are going to cease trading regarding the observed lateral flow tests that @pandocruises insist we have before sailing. Mines booked for 16th November and I the tests have been delivered. Will I get a refund? What do we do now? Need an answer...

Honestly between the awful info to customers from @DisneyCruise , the awful processes of @RandoxOfficial and don't even get me started on @ProjectScreenUK who seem incapable of recognising a covid test taken in person it astounds me the cost spent on this holiday for the service

@Pegsies Hi Jessie. The change is recent and still on-going. The website will be updated soon. Samples sent to Greenwich will be routed to our Anglia lab in Norwich (hence the new return label on your test). It is strongly advised that you send your sample to Norwich to avoid any delays.

@Pegsies Hello Jessie. The Orpington address is no longer an option, unfortunately. The lab in Norwich is now our primary location for all PCR sample analyses. Again, if you have any other questions, or concerns, send us and email or Direct Message and we will look into the matter for you
