🚨BREAKING NEWS🚨 A former staffer has accused Rep. Eric Swalwell of SEXUALLY ASSAULTING her on two occasions. She claims it happened once in 2019 when she was 21 and working in his district office after drinks he invited her to, and again in 2024 following a charity gala where she became intoxicated. She alleged that she blacked out during both incidents, woke up naked in his hotel bed with signs of intercourse the first time, and remembered pushing him away and saying “no” the second time, along with other inappropriate advances including unsolicited genital images. Swalwell’s campaign has categorically denied the claims as false and election-related, stating he has always protected women, while his attorney sent a cease-and-desist letter; the woman’s lawyer affirmed her statements as accurate and refused to retract them.
