Nothing infuriates an uninformed Congressional Dem more than when they realize they voluntarily triggered a debate with someone who actually knows what they are talking about, reads federal statute and adheres to Supreme Court precedent. Today’s self-implosion by @rosadelauro was quite remarkable to witness. Without apology or regret, I will always adhere to the best available reading of federal statute pursuant to the U.S. Supreme Court decision in Loper Bright.

He just announced he's blocking the Strait of Hormuz by himself, like he wants to help Iran to block it properly.
Obviously, blocking the Strait of Hormuz is not much a leverage as Iran fantasized.
Trump is now blocking the Strait of Hormuz by himself and even Iran's allies would not be allowed access.
And any ship that pays a toll fee to Iran would be interdicted.
Trump is hijacking middle east oil customers and diverting them to the US market.
Trump is ridiculing Iran's leverage on the Strait of Hormuz.
Trump is hitting hard on Iran's allies.
Trump is gradually gaining control of the Strait of Hormuz.
It is insane to achieve all these with just one move.
