I get haunted by the idea of sharing financial advice. I've had people hound me for what to buy for almost a decade. It became a recurring nightmare because at times i've had almost nothing to my name and was treated like an apostle by people that barely knew me. All of this to say, maybe it is somewhat of a God-given duty to help people with easy concepts. So here is my one thesis I will share here. The FartThesis. Serial devs and multi wallet snipers killed Solana. "The trenches" (a term born from a group chat I was apart of in 2023) are all but dead. Buying new pairs in 2026 is like playing russian roulette with 5 bullets. While I do posit professionalism shall return to crypto, Dogecoin exists. There is always a spot at the top for at least one of everything. And doge is old, tired, and not funny or relevant anymore. It's time to take Old Yeller out back and shoot him. Enter Fartcoin. Rewind to the 2024 ai meta. Goateseus Maximus (GOAT) was believed to be a coin created entirely by an ai agent (later it was proved it wasn't), that was buying, selling and live tweeting all on its own. It held a large percentage of its own coin that rapidly increased in value as it live tweeted. At its peak the GOAT wallet held north of 2m in assets. It would reply to tweets all day and somewhere along the line someone asked what would be the funniest and most approachable coin. It replied "everyone thinks farts are funny" and before you knew it, a wallet linked to goat had created Fartcoin and the Goat Ai agent was spam buying this coin sub 30m marketcap. The joke caught on quick. "Hot air rises" became the slogan. An account with decent supply called Dip Wheeler began spam bull posting and reaching outside of crypto twitter. The coin skyrocketed with the social noise, eventually making it on network finance tv like CNBC Fast Money. Everyone found farts funny. It became the biggest thing in crypto. Then of course Trump rug pulled two memecoins and killed the market, but the concept of farts being funny never dissipated. I was apart of every huge meme that was ever born. Mog, Pepe, Boden etc. There is space at the top for one meme and that meme is Fartcoin. Pepe is irrelevant, Doge is tired, Shib was a literal money laundering scheme. As solana trenches bleed to their last few bucks a hero emerges teaching that crowd that HODLing is the only way to glory in this industry. That hero is Fartcoin. It is universally appealing, has good distro, is ai adjacent and never gets tired. Here is the range you can buy it in. 100m-200m. It's currently 183m as I'm typing this. If you can buy it at 100 great. If you buy it here that's also great. I believe you have till fall to buy it. Dont ask me when to sell. Dont blame me if you cant hold if it dips hard. The people asked and I delivered. $fartcoin

For some reason I'm struggling mentally recently. Usually I can control my thoughts and generally be happy and enjoy things. Lately I'm just in a rut. I haven't been enjoying working out. I haven't wanted to do anything during the day or even find enjoyable things to do. I just want to do nothing. Daily tasks seem like they drag on forever and my brain wants nothing to do with them. I don't even know why I'm posting this. Maybe saying it out loud will help me snap out of it. Sometimes your brain just hits a wall and you feel like there's no way out of it; even though you know there is. You know what I mean?

This period is as close to pre-2017 as I can think of There’s no “consensus” play that won’t run because everyone is too poor and under leveraged, risk appetite lost The new culture of “hodl” is ingrained because all we can do is hold & dca, we have no money to speculate/gamble

Most people picture MDMA therapy as a capsule, a long afternoon on a couch, and a therapist taking notes for six hours. That picture is already outdated. In the underground facilitation scene in Austin, which has quietly become the epicenter of psychedelic work in the US, a different protocol is taking hold. Instead of swallowing the medicine and waiting, facilitators are administering MDMA intramuscularly, a small injection into the shoulder or buttocks, the same route used for B12 or testosterone. With oral MDMA, onset can take up to 45 minutes. You dose, you wait, you wonder if it's working, and somewhere in that window the medicine finally arrives. IM changes that. The experience begins to unfold in just 5 to 10 minutes. And there's something else worth naming: it appears to be much softer on the nervous system. None of the jittery, teeth-clenching come-up that oral MDMA is known for. You slip into the experience without the turbulence, which matters enormously for people who are already carrying trauma into the room. Sessions run 3 to 4 hours instead of 6, long enough for real work, short enough that integration doesn't get pushed into the middle of the night. Dosing runs at about 80% of the oral dose. If your standard oral dose is 120 mg, you'd start IM around 100 mg, with the option of a 60 to 80 mg booster about an hour in. A serious caveat: source quality is non-negotiable here. You are putting a substance directly into muscle tissue, bypassing every filter your gut would normally provide. Adulterants, incorrect dosing, or sloppy preparation carry consequences that oral simply does not. This is not a protocol for the curious or the casual. It belongs in the hands of experienced facilitators working with verified material, full stop. None of this is FDA-approved. It's happening in private homes, run by facilitators who've decided the oral protocol MAPS/Lykos spent two decades pushing through the FDA isn't actually the optimal way to do this work. What does it say about the field that the most interesting innovations in MDMA therapy are happening entirely outside the regulatory pathway that was supposed to legitimize it?

I know I have been really quiet lately and I want to apologize for that. I am doing my best to manage everything, but somedays are really difficult. I am still handling orders a few days a week (link to my signal is in my bio). I couldn’t be more thankful to everyone who continues to support 💜 This weekend was especially hard since Dan and I would always celebrate our birthdays together. Thank you everyone for your kind words, love & care that you’ve extended to Dan and I

I have been eating coconut oil for years. @Zedzies just reminded me of something I heard a years back but disregarded - coconut oil is uniqely good(bad) at increasing LPS, increasing LPS in circulation, worsening tight junctions. I have dropped it from my diet now for 3 days and have nothing but positives to report - better digestion, a stronger abdominal wall contraction. I was only eating around 1tbsp in total per day! Also no clue what fat to replace it with.
