@RadissonRed I’m so unimpressed. I stayed at your Heathrow hotel and registered my credit card at reception (which I now regret). I only ordered room service but I’ve been billed for some stranger’s bar bill as well! I’ve tried sorting this in person and by phone but I’m ignored.

@RadissonRed Interestingly your Red Radisson in Miami decided to cheekily deduct my deposit one week after checking out for no given reason. Is this standard practice in the Radisson Sphere stealing your customers money?
