@RadissonHotels for the first time i tried to book Radisson. But if it takes 12 days to reach your sales team and then get an uncouth response, I wonder how the experience is going to be at the property. I'm glad I experienced it all before checking in. Worse experience ever.

@RadissonHotels staying at Radisson Blu MBD Noida. Paying such a huge charges per night but service is getting worst day by day. Earlier it was used to be cockroaches issues in the coffee kettle cabinet, now they have started placing dirty water bottles in the rooms.

Disappointed with Radisson Blu Jaipur. Flights from Dubai to India were cancelled due to airspace disruptions but the hotel hasn’t been helpful. No proper response from Vikas Chandani either. Expected better from @RadissonHotels.

@RadissonBlu @RadissonHotels this was deceptive and unacceptable. We checked into Country Inn & Suites Sonamarg on 13 Mar and the room had no heating in freezing weather. Hotel delayed misled us and support was dismissive. A branded hotel cannot operate like this. Refund required
