@RandomCaller26 @wilsonhlthcoach Thanks, I am not an early riser and I have a hard time eating early (I always have, even as a kid) I am also fighting Lyme and several co-infections, been carnivore for 2 years, down 70lbs but stalled. The Lyme ballooned me up horribly.

My neice, who wants to try carnivore: "So you only eat once a day?" Me: "Typically." Her: "I eat all day long. I thought we're supposed to eat every 2-3 hours?" Me: "We're not cows. We're not supposed to graze all day. Our gut needs a break." Her: "That makes sense, but I'm hungry all the time." Me: "You're hungry all the time because you eat too many plants and aren't getting the right nutrition. You need animal-based proteins and fats." Her: "I would've never thought that eating too many plants is why I'm always hungry." Me: "Don't take my word for it. Try it for yourself."

@LalaCat1101 @wilsonhlthcoach I was having this issue, too. I moved to 8am(protein), 1pm(main meal), 4pm(light protein). After 2 wks I haven't had a 2/3am spike. However I dont eat SAD but a ketovore type. Good luck because it's not a good feeling for sure.

@wilsonhlthcoach I was OMAD on the SAD, it has my cortisol in a tailspin. I try to eat my biggest meal around 11 am and one or two more times after, nothing after 7pm. I still get that cortisol spike at 3 am so about to add a pat of butter b4 bed to see if it stops.

@wilsonhlthcoach We have done burgers,brisket, turkey, pork butt, pork belly and wings. For some reason not a burger fan. Which is bizarre considering I eat them *all* the time!

I bought myself an early birthday present. First time using a smoker. Yesterday, I tried a sirloin steak, chuck eye steak, and some chicken thighs. Today, up early to throw on a brisket. Hope it turns out great! 🤞

No duck pool needed. 😂Making Amish sandwich bread today. Cleaning and laundry going forever. Good news 🗞️ Our 3 piglets are ready to come to the farm on Friday. I made homemade venison burger helper with sourdough bread and raw butter last evening. We all felt like comfort food. What are you doing today??

I recently posted about maple syrup and how it carries more nutrients than honey, gram for gram. Many responded that it's hard to know if a product has been adulterated and wanted to know of a trustworthy source. I think I found one. A follower's SIL, @citgoman21, has a maple syrup business in Vermont and the moonshine jug full of maple syrup I was sent won me over. This does not taste like any maple syrup I've ever had before. I believe this is the way it's supposed to taste. A link to his FB page is below. You have to contact them using their email address if interested. That’s how you know for sure they are a backyard operation and less likely to rip you off.

My wife advises me that I should try to reach into the homeschool mom community for the illuminated art programs and stories for kids I'm making. How does one go about this if one is a homeschool dad? I'm given to understand the seats of power in this realm are in FB moms groups. @ThrillaRilla369 Yes. After I made my prayer time intentional and consistent I received answer to prayer (personally and for those I pray for). It was amazing and a testament to faithfulness in times of uncertainty and trails. God will provide if its according to His will.
