An altercation occurred between a female tenant and her 81 year old landlady, who allegedly assavlted her during the incident. According to reports from a neighbor and the tenant’s sister, the landlady had issued the tenant a quit notice about two months ago. While the tenant was in the process of moving out, the landlady reportedly blocked her from leaving the compound without providing any clear reason, despite claims that the tenant was not owing any rent. The situation escalated as the elderly landlady was said to have repeatedly punched the tenant, taking advantage of the fact that the younger woman did not retaliate. Witnesses noted that the landlord stood her ground throughout the confrontation, showing restraint despite the pr0vocation.

When I first moved to the UK, I was squatting with my mom’s younger brother, who by the way is freaking rich!!!! He’s lived here for most of his life and would visit Nigeria only during Christmas. Married a white woman and has kids. I looked up to him, admired him and he was one of my favorite uncles. We had a good relationship for the longest of time before I left Nigeria. However, after moving into his house I realized he is deputy Satan. He treated me like shit. Talked down on me like I was beneath him. Would mock my “Nigerian accent”. One day he saw me using the microwave and asked if I have ever used one in my life or if we had one in Nigeria. Asked if I knew what a washing machine is. Me? First class graduate from FUTO with my IELTS band 8.0. Many things I can’t remember now but one thing I can’t forget was one time his wife and son travelled in the summer. It was on a Sunday and we’d just got back from church. I decided to make us lunch and so with my money I got stuffs from the shops. I made him barbecue fish with plantain. Specially. I was happy doing something nice for this man. He accepted it after I served, or so I thought. I went into my room until the next day when I was leaving early for work. Just as I was about leaving the door, he called me back in. Asked why I decided to make him food yesterday. I responded that I just wanted to do something nice for him and since his wife wasn’t at home to cook for him, I decided to. He looked me dead in the eye, said I should never offer anything again to him, told me he left “my fish” in the kitchen and I should take it back. lol I grew up in so much comfort that I’d never experienced “maltreatment” and anyone being condescending to me until my adult life. Till today, I still ask God to help me forgive him because I’ve never hated someone in my entire life this much. It was so bad that at a point I also resented my mom for being his sister. I resented their entire family. 😂😂😂😂😂😂

The day a different party and candidate finally win the Lagos governorship is the day the full scale of the corruption that has thrived in the state for decades under one man will come to light. Until then, God keep us alive 🙏🏿

To all those who spiritedly defend the very people impoverishing them.... I sincerely apologize. Didn’t realize how tight those chains are. Ẹ Mabinu.... May wisdom and integrity catch up with you. Femi Gbaja is a Lagos politician with guber ambitions. He placed his name on a project funded by government, passing it off as though he personally funded it for the public good. After the aclaim and praise, we find out that which was supposed to be for public good is impoverishing the public . These are not dots that are difficult to connect. But then again, the chains.

I have taken time to reflect before speaking on the ongoing conversations linking my name to the Ochanya matter. I strongly condemn all forms of sexual abuse and gender-based violence. No individual, especially a child, should ever be subjected to such harm, and I stand firmly for accountability, truth, and justice in all such cases. I have seen many things being said about me online, some of which are not accurate or do not fully reflect what actually happened at the time. I understand the emotions surrounding this matter, but I also believe it is important that narratives are not built on assumptions or incomplete information. For clarity, in 2013, I was a student in boarding school in SS2 and had only just gone on vacation after my mock examinations. At the time, I was about 12 years old and was not present at the location where these events are being alleged to have occurred. This has been established in the course of legal processes. I did not witness any act of abuse as has been suggested in some narratives, and this position has also been reflected in the legal proceedings connected to this matter. At the time of these events, I was not in a position of authority or control over the situation. Where I had concerns, I did not ignore them, but the way events unfolded afterward was not within my control. All relevant information and documentation supporting my position exist within the appropriate legal channels and can be made available where properly required by lawful authorities. I recognise that people are asking questions, and I understand why. However, I respectfully ask that conclusions are not drawn without a full and fair understanding of the facts. This experience has taken a significant toll on my mental and overall well-being, and I have had to seek medical and professional support during this period. I remain firm in my truth. I would never witness anything of this nature and remain silent. I understand deeply the importance of speaking up for what is right. This is a sensitive matter that has already gone through legal processes, and I will not be making statements that could misrepresent that process or reopen wounds for those directly affected. I ask for fairness, restraint, and compassion in how this conversation continues. Thank you.

@temitope_twts You are correct. Kafimed water was the first to compete with Coscharis Water in 2003 thereabout. You go to their factory in Odunade to pickup yourself or pay for delivery. I'm sure it high competition that led to companies hawking their water now.

I know this business like the back of my hand& I can already spot 3 mistakes that ruined it. For a new factory 1. You had too many staff. You needed 3 max. 1 operator and 2 baggers. 2. Having 1 dyna truck or pick up van is 100x better than using cars and bikes. 3. Sell directly.
BSAT Properties@BSAT_Properties

One of my financial mistakes 2024 i opened a pure water factory for additional income. In fact in my head I had imagined that it’s blood money business I was about to enter because I felt the expenses will be small so I imagined plenty profit. In my mind I said after all I’m not buying the water. Anyway let me first use 5 minutes to laugh at my self first before I start 😂😂😂 I bought every machine it needed to Nafdac standard,I also registered it with Nafdac so my sale was very legit. That gave me my first experience with Nafdac I started with 3 cars,a hilux truck and 2 open boot bikes. We kicked off and my reality set in. First of all printing of roll was more expensive than i thought, already taking half of my money. Then as a producer our price is usually regulated with other factories,we cannot give drivers higher than other factories because we had a union binding us and it was part of our rules. We are producers so we don’t sell directly,we give to drivers at cheaper rate then they sell and make their money. As at that time I was giving each bag of water to my drivers at 120 naira a bag sometimes 150. Now I will still buy fuel for the cars ooo Even when i considered the option of them buying fuel and adjusting their price I still suffered for it. I also pay each bagger 10 naira to bag 1 bag, this is minus other salaries of the people in production handling the major sealing machines ooo I was burning electricity and light bill as if fire was burning my Nyash. I changed filters every two weeks and it’s not cheap I ran diesel to support Nepa because of course I live in Nigerian. I had so many staffs on salaries too and there are so many other expenses i cannot say all here. Abi is it car maintenance, story for another day 🥱 Drivers will owe me and they kept giving excuses that customers are owing them, all lies, infact me,drivers and police station became customers every week. I gave most of this drivers accommodation ooo but the truth is they are full blown thieves. At the end of every sales I make money but it goes like the wind to expenses and I will be left with only money to replace the rolls to produce again. To cut the long story short I was close to running madd then I shut down the business and I regained my sanity. If you have ever ran a pure water business you will understand this post better than anyone else, and if you intend to open a pure water factory first go to Amadioha and take juju make all your workers first swear oath before you start and take jazz not to run madd. Which business showed you shege? © Belle Kingdom

I have never come across a kid that suffered so much like Ochanya. Sh returns from school 2pm. Victor returns home by 3 and then forces himself on her. He continued r@ping her for months. Then one day, the Father came home and caught his son raping the innocent girl with tears in her eyes crying for help. When she saw her "Father" she thought help has arrived. Instead of stopping his son in his early 20, he pushed the son away from her, and climbed the innocent girl. The next day, the man canceled his 1pm lecture and returned home very early from work to wait for the girl. Immediately she arrived from school, he began to rape her. His son walked in, and took turn. It continued for years. Father and son raping a girl of eight years turn by turn, year after year—tell me something more cruel and barbaric. The little girl from 8 years became 10, and became very sick. Winfred walked into them one day raping her and instead of reporting, she protected her father and sibling. The aunty, Winifred's mum found out, but she kept shut. When the doctor's test results came out, the family hid the results. Yes, she's an accomplice. At the early stage of discovering that Ochanya was sick, it could have been easier to treat, but she deprived her treatment. While the girl was sick, it didn't stop Winifred's Father and brother from still raping her. For five years, nobody in the family reported the case to the police. They were all aware. It was Ochanya that opened up when she was already dying, but Mr. Andrew like a Nigerian politician still fought his way through the case. Ochanya finally d!ed at 13, guess what! Winifred's Father influenced the doctor's autopsy. That's how heartless humans can be. Winfred is living her career as an "influencer" on X. Victor, the rapist is living his dream career as musician and Winfred always promotes his music here. The rapist-father is still a lecturer teaching teenagers. (Imagine a rapist among teenagers). But they deprived Ochanya her dream of becoming a medica doctor. Now Winifred just returned to X with a banger post, smiling sayiythe trend is funny, like she is not a willing accomplice of rape, but another family would weep at the thought of her family's wickedness. How do they sleep in that home knowing that they are all rapists, murderers and accomplices? Wini shouldn't be let free here until she testifies against her rapist father in the court. The court needs evidence, wini is the evidence but she has refused to be one. Until Justice is served, we remain Ochanya's voice. Ochanya deserves justice. Silence in the face of injustice is INJUSTICE—and evil.

Your dressing is off and you should do better. There are rules guiding corporate outfits for the male gender. Rule 1. Shoe and belt color rules - Next time, when you wear a brown shoe, make sure the color of your shoe matches with the color of your belt. - If your shoe is shiny, the belt should be too. If you are wearing a suede shoe, the belt should be a suede belt too. Rule 2: Shirts and pants combination rules - You should note that a contrast between your shirt and pants is needed. A light shirt with dark trousers is preferable. - Again, if you are wearing a patterned shirt, pair it with solid pants (non-patterned) and vice versa. - Your trouser is too long, it is meant to sit at the right point on the waist, with a slight "break" (where the pant meets the shoe) and no excessive length. Rule 3: Tie Rule. - The tip of your tie should reach the top of your belt buckle. No longer, not lower. You look like a primary school kid with that. - If you are wearing a solid tie, you should pair it with a patterned shirt and vice versa - Your tie should always be a darker shade of your shirt so that it stands out. You are welcome, Talented.🫰

Hello @RealtorLabake, Thank you for reaching out. Please note that data consumption is solely dependent on your usage. We further suggest you follow the steps below to curb quick exhaustion: • Switch off mobile data when not in use. • Step down to 2G/3G when connection speed is not of the essence. • Stop all running applications from Applications Manager when no longer required. 1. Monitor Data Usage: Regularly track data consumption through built-in smartphone tools or third-party applications. 2. Use Wi-Fi: Connect to Wi-Fi networks whenever possible to reduce reliance on mobile data. 3. Turn Off Automatic Updates: Disable auto-updates for apps and software, opting instead to update manually over Wi-Fi. 4. Restrict Background Data: Limit apps from consuming data when not in use. 5. Download for Offline Use: Save media and documents while on Wi-Fi to minimise streaming or reloading. 6. Enable Data Caching: Store frequently accessed files locally to avoid repeated downloads. 7. Disable Location Services: Turn off GPS features for apps that don’t require real-time location. 8. Activate Data-Saving Mode: Use in-built phone settings to reduce background consumption. 9. Take Advantage of Data Rollover: Transfer unused data to the next billing cycle where applicable. You may provide the affected phone number via DM for checks. **Samuel

I was thinking it was editing because I've never seen armpits so clean like this before. I didn't believe her armpits were that clean until I joined her Livestream yesterday.

Migrated to Canada on October 2018... Took possession of my newly built home in September, 2021 with a mortgage down payment of 20% and a fully paid 2017 Toyota Corolla xse yet advocating for a better Nigeria from afar because of the love for my country... But here you see full grown ass men who cannot afford a single room, scared and ready to terminate any pregnancy and quick to pull out their preek, not sure of where their next meal will come from, some even ran away from their family home due to inability to fulfil their manly responsibilities, some of their loved one including sisters and mothers are waiting for Bulaba's free 3 derica of rice and a loaf of bread to survive yet you see them calling me and many other yorubas "omo ale" for refusing to support a filthy microphone scumbag because he is a yoruba man and the audacity to call a self made billionaire @PeterObi with traceable source of wealth unprintable names just because he is an "Igbo man", even if he comes from Ibadan with tribal marks on his face, irredeemable accursed slaves still won't vote for him because of the crumbs they feed on from a man who care less about them and who already ruined their future.... May they not be free from the bondage and eternal slavery they found themselves... Àwon onirànu...Oju yiii a fe laaa...
