I created my LinkedIn account 48 weeks ago. Since then I've added $100,000+ to my agency pipeline, built 9,500 connections and logged 2.8 million impressions. Here is the system I am using. Take it before they close the loopholes. What is working right now: Proof plus perspective where you're sharing dashboards, client outcomes, metrics along with your narrative behind how you achieved them. Story-first authority posts where you're sharing authentic stories of wins, failures, and lessons learned. Comment-rich engagement is big right now since the algorithm now gives strong weight to posts where comments turn into discussions. Native content and relevance is more important than ever, despite what you might hear. Text updates, carousels, and native video outperform posts that immediately send people off platform. If you include links, build strong value inside the post first and also change the image. Quality posts continue to surface weeks later if they remain relevant, so reposting high performers with new hooks works. Audience overlap across niches is big too. Regular engagement in 2-3 related niches helps tap overlapping networks and increases discovery. LinkedIn is shifting focus from who you know to what you talk about, so consistent topical authority now matters more than ever. My posting routine: I post three times per day, seven days a week. Skipping more than 36-48 hours reduces reach significantly. Morning: Text post with strong POV or proof based story Afternoon: Carousel or annotated screenshot or case study Evening: Mini-thread, framework or quick lesson Formats that pull best now: Carousels: Slide 1: bold headline tied to a pain point or result Middle slides: 3-5 steps, visuals or annotated screenshots Final slide: strong call to action Short native videos Under 60 seconds Strong first 3 seconds hook Subtitles matter because first line auto-previews Show real processes, dashboards or proof Text posts or micro-threads Start with a clear hook (question, claim, or insight) Use short paragraphs 3-5 bullet takeaways better than blocks of text End with a question to invite replies Proof breakdowns Share a specific result or metric Break it into 3-4 actionable bullets Combine authority and teaching Conversation-driven posts Open loops, provocative questions or counterintuitive insights designed to spark replies and multi-layer comment threads What is underperforming: Posts with headlines only and no “how” behind the metric One-liners with no context or takeaway External links in the main post body without build-up or changed image Long threads that lose focus Framework posts reused without showing execution Engagement and community strategy: Comment on 20 plus posts per day with insight, examples or stories and not just “Nice post” Like 50 plus posts per day, focus on mutuals, active commenters and adjacent niches Reply to every comment on your own posts within the first hour, early responses matter Repost your top‐performing posts every 5-7 days with a fresh hook or angle DM 5-10 people per day with value tied to something they just posted Repeat engagement and comment-thread depth are now major visibility signals. Hooks and angles converting now: “I started this account 48 weeks ago. Here is exactly what $100K in pipeline really looks like.” “This 7-slide carousel booked 3 high‐value meetings in 48 hours. Slide 1 below.” “If I had to restart LinkedIn in 2025 from scratch, here is exactly what I would do.” “The 3-post-per-day system I use to drive consistent inbound leads.” “$X this month from LinkedIn posts. Here is how I did it.” Always back these hooks with proof, screenshots, analytics, client wins or data, or credibility drops fast. 30-Day LinkedIn Growth Playbook: Post 3 times per day (one of those posts must show a real result or metric) Comment on 20 plus posts per day with depth Like 50 plus posts per day Reply quickly to every comment on your posts (within one hour) Repost your best posts weekly with fresh hooks DM 5-10 people per day with value-first messages tied to recent activity Track impressions, comment-thread depth, new leads and repeat commenters weekly Systematically test hooks, formats, posting times LinkedIn remains one of the most underpriced professional growth engines in 2025.
