UK-based VTuber and artist Mimi Yanagi was arrested on April 20 for her own drawings of anime-style characters. These drawings were 100% fictional, made up by her, with no real people involved. UK law still treats these kinds of drawings as illegal child pornography, police took all her computers and devices. She has now been released on bail, but she is not allowed to post any “adult” content. She must also use an account name approved by the police. The UK is lost, you can’t even draw now, they will put you in prison

Team Youtube, I know how overwhelmed your staff is. I understand. Virtually thousands of videos that violate Youtube's TOS is uploaded every 30 mins. It's insanity. AI moderation was implemented to help control this, it makes sense. Sadly however, several human creators such as Eternal Mysteries were caught by mistake. A genuine on-camera presence. He is not AI, he spends virtually countless hours writing & researching all while using his decades of professional experience. His videos are well made, well constructed, and aren't mass produced in anyway! Please, please consider a human review. @TeamYouTube

You literally don’t, you use inaccurate AI to detect AI content and cut off people’s livelihoods when they have done nothing wrong, and their only recourse is to hope that enough people @ you on Twitter so that a human can rectify these obvious mistakes.
