Public schools are enrolling a growing number of illegal aliens. Administrators can't ask about immigration status, so the data doesn't exist. American taxpayers are left to foot the bill without ever knowing the true cost.

The immigration status of people who commit crimes is intentionally ignored to cover up the fact that illegal aliens commit crimes at a higher rate than native born Americans. The irony is every illegal alien is by definition already a criminal. They violated federal law the moment they crossed our border illegally.

The Fort Laramie Tunnel has kept southeastern Wyoming and western Nebraska watered for more than a century. Its collapse brought real hardship to real people. I secured $14.6 million in community project funding to rehabilitate this system, and today the Working Families Tax Cuts law provided an additional $100 million to keep this critical region of the west irrigated 🚰

I had the pleasure of informing Christian, a high school senior from Gillette, of the news that he's been accepted to the United States Military Academy at West Point. Each year, I have the honor of nominating highly qualified Wyoming students for appointment to our nation's Service Academies. It is one of the most rewarding parts of this job, and Christian is exactly the kind of young man we want wearing the uniform.
