It is with the deepest sadness that we announce the death of our much loved Dad, who died suddenly at home on 1st January. He was a truly wonderful Husband, Dad and Grandad and we are in complete shock. We will share details of the funeral arrangements as soon as we can xx

Some good news. Pathology results showed there was no more cancer in my lymph nodes. Although it’s unfortunate they had to remove the bloody lot to find out all I can do now is concentrate on my rehab and get my fitness back on track. Today is a good day 🙏🏽💫

@Restbay I heard something similar actually, but it was to stand in the garden with a pasty above your head to scare them away.

There’s a baby seagull trapped in my back garden. It wouldn’t be so bad if it wasn’t for all it’s twatty mates squawking outside the window non stop. Any ideas how to get rid of it? Doesn’t seem like it can fly… but then not sure how it got in…
