Because first the GCC ( who are attacked) needs to condemn US first. I fail to understand, why a senior geopolitical analyst like you would want India to stick its neck out first I no a conflict which is not India’s. 🤷. Btw this is professor Marandi’s X post calling out GCC countries and other Islamic countries to condemn the US attack first.

Modi’s call for de-escalation and renewed diplomacy is timely and necessary. Yet it raises a question: Why is this message being directed to leaders in the Gulf, Europe and Southeast Asia, but not to the principal actors who initiated the war and continue to drive the conflict? Today, Modi conveyed that message to Oman's ruler, the Malaysian prime minister and the French president. Earlier, he reached out to other foreign leaders.

Well said. When the gulf states who are under attack from Iran are not condemning US, instead they are all out condemning Iran for its act against the gulf states , then why should India stick its neck out in a conflict/war which is not India’s. Anybody putting the moral argument in geopolitics is naive, or has an agenda against Indian interests and nation. Specially your own party @INCIndia

A relatively small section of the whole has been hit. The United States knew nothing about this particular attack, and the country of Qatar was in no way, shape, or form, involved with it, nor did it have any idea that it was going to happen. Unfortunately, Iran did not know this, or any of the pertinent facts pertaining to the South Pars attack, and unjustifiably and unfairly attacked a portion of Qatar’s LNG Gas facility. NO MORE ATTACKS WILL BE MADE BY ISRAEL pertaining to this extremely important and valuable South Pars Field unless Iran unwisely decides to attack a very innocent, in this case, Qatar - In which instance the United States of America, with or without the help or consent of Israel, will massively blow up the entirety of the South Pars Gas Field at an amount of strength and power that Iran has never seen or witnessed before. I do not want to authorize this level of violence and destruction because of the long term implications that it will have on the future of Iran, but if Qatar’s LNG is again attacked, I will not hesitate to do so.
