x.com/Indy_reporter_… Update on the illegal that killed Terry Schultz Sukhdeep Singh is charged with -Reckless Homicide -Reckless Driving Singh was hauling a load of bird seed eastbound on U.S. 36 just after noon when the light turned yellow. Instead of braking, he punched the gas and ran the red light, slamming into the driver's side of Schultz's Chevrolet Colorado. Schultz had a green light. Singh told investigators he tried to brake but the truck was too heavy. Engine data contradicted that. A total of 36 driver and equipment violations were found. He said he completed a 5-6 week CDL school in New Palestine in 2025. SAUCE: wrtv.com/news/local-new… bustednewspaper.com/indiana/singh-…

@Zach3Hahn I agree. I thought at one time most of the boys games were like Tuesday, Friday and Saturday. I also would like to see more boy/girl doubleheaders when it comes to rivals.

Are the @FOX59 reporters going to bring this accident up when they interview the students that are protesting against ICE and them getting illegals off the street?
Angela Ganote@angelaganote

Senator Lee we have not been able to get any specific documentation on Bekzhan Beishekeev. I am the journalist who reached out to the sheriff and the jail. Jail employee told me he was being held for ICE. Another source says it appears Beishekeev may have entered the US via the cell phone app under the Biden Administration at the Nogales port of entry. Is there anyone in government that can share or confirm facts? @SecDuffy @Sec_Noem ? Beishekeev no longer appears to be in the Jay County Jail. Perhaps ICE already picked him up? Will he face charges for the 4 deaths?

How many of those speeding tickets were from that camera they have in the construction zones?
Angela Ganote@angelaganote

6 years of speeding ticket data for every county in Indiana. I have it all because I was working on a story and put it all into a spreadsheet. It took several hours. The state data showed that speeding tickets jumped by more than 270 thousand tickets between years 2023 and 2024. The years prior were all very similar too. I requested 2025 to compare, but have not been given that yet. This did not include seatbelt violations, or being on your phone, or drunk driving, or anything else. Just speeding tickets. I wanted to know if technology was behind the huge increase or how in the world did 270-thousand more people get tickets. And I specifically asked if the data was correct! FYI now they are asking me to do a different records request. The last time I put in a bulk data request it took 6 months to get the data. I have also reached out to several others departments and agencies. I am also awaiting data on how prosecutor's spent their deferral program money. It might all be great causes. But the stories I am hearing from the public and other LE are very interesting and making me want to know more. This came out of my husband getting his first speeding ticket in at least 25 years. The state trooper gave him a ticket for 16 mph over the speed limit instead of 6 and spent about 1 minute with us. I started looking into it because that's not right. The higher the speed the higher the ticket. I wondered how many times does that happen. Can you do anything about it? Realistically. Go to court yes but will you just lose? And if you just pay the 220 dollar fine how much money would Indiana be taking in a year. Well... in the last state data that was available in 2024 here are the numbers: 494, 322 people got a ticket that's $108 million dollars. The cheapest fine I could find is still more than 140 bucks. So that's 69 million. The year before the numbers were 228,426 so money taken in would have ranged from 32 million to 50 million if my calculator is correct. I was shocked to hear a few people say... let it go Angela. WHY? Don't people want to know if our state data is correct and if so how did we take in an extra 30 to 50 million dollars!! And what was that money spent on? I do.

I know this might make me the bad guy, but it needs to be asked. @IndianaUniv has a Notice of Intent to Hire an H1B/E-3 employee posted. Except the job isn’t on campus. It’s remote. And the listed “geographic location” is a $700k, freshly built home in Carmel (built in 2023). So why is IU hiring a $126k H-1B worker to work remotely from a brand-new Carmel home instead of filling the role locally? Just asking the question everyone else is tiptoeing around. atlas.iu.edu/istart/control…

NEW: Homeland Security confirms Gurpreet Singh and Jasveer Singh were in the country illegally from India when Indiana State Police arrested them hauling 7 million in cocaine through Putnam County. Officials tell us Gurpreet Singh illegally entered the U.S. on March 11, 2023 in Arizona and was released into the country. He admitted to ICE he was here illegally. Jasveer Singh entered the U.S. on March 21, 2017 in California. Homeland Security Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin says the men got commercial driver's licenses in California. She added that Jasveer was arrested on December 5, 2025 for receiving stolen property in San Bernardino, California. ICE lodged an arrest detainer, but the detainer was not honored, and he was released. She added both men now have arrest detainers. They are currently in the Putnam County Jail on 1-million-dollar cash bond. The 300 plus pounds of cocaine could kill more than 113, 000 people.

NEW: The @reviewjournal asked part-time attorney general @AaronDFordNV if he supported Nevada law enforcement working with federal immigration officials to deport an eight-time previously deported serial rapist who has allegedly victimized more than a dozen women and underage girls.  Ford didn't respond. Frequent Flyer Ford isn't shy about taking vacation days (137 last year alone) or pushing woke policies. But he can't be bothered to have an opinion about keeping Nevadans safe from violent criminals who enter this country illegally. reviewjournal.com/opinion/editor… #NVleg #NVgov

🚨 BREAKING: A bombshell new report by the Las Vegas Review-Journal reveals that Democrat attorney general @AaronDFordNV spent 137 days(!) outside of Nevada in 2024. That’s more than a third of the whole year. What was he doing those days?  ❌ Going on luxurious special interest-funded vacations to Taiwan, France, Mexico, and Singapore. ❌ Campaigning in other states for Kamala Harris and Joe Biden. ❌ Relaxing at “Secrets Puerto Los Cabos Golf and Spa, an adults-only AAA Four Diamond Resort in Baja." ❌ Visiting Martha's Vineyard for a $12,000 stay at a boutique hotel. In any private sector job, he would have been fired long ago. Sadly, Ford thinks he deserves a promotion. reviewjournal.com/investigations… #NVleg #NVgov
