@winterfyre001 Its been done a 1000 times already, this isn't new. Getting web 3 gamers to play Web 2 games is not what I invisioned for mass adoption.

Chains that focus and specialize in web3 gaming will start setting themselves apart from generic chains because of the other services aside from technology that they can provide. This was another one of my predictions for 2025 which I wrote in my newsletter early last month. Glad to see XAI Games doing this. If they can successfully onboard and retain web2 gamers on the rewards platform, it will serve as a tremendous distribution channel and will be a unique advantage for web3 games to build on XAI.

This isn't the same comparison. This is like Apple App store making a blockchain and saying only blockchain you can use is Applechain for ALL games on iphone App store. or X saying only XAi chain or Android saying Google only chain. It's disgusting greed and its going to backfire on them massively. Ronin wallet is in competitor to Sequence, Thirdweb and Immutable Passport.

This move by TON had me thinking... Are TG games dead? Probably a very big step backward, but not gone entirely. Personally, I feel like TON understood that the competitive edge is getting people to use your ecosystem, not just the Telegram app. An increase in DAU without monetization is useless. TG games to me feel like the new gaming device. Back in the '00s, we had browser games. Now we have what people assume as "TG" games. But this doesn't really seem to be the case. The new gaming device is a "mobile blockchain wallet" that's able to play games, especially hypercasual games. And guess what, TG already has a competitor; the @Ronin_Network mobile wallet. Ronin already has proven with @pixels_online that games on mobile wallets work. And now I'm seeing another game that's gonna work great on these devices; @FishingFrenzyCo Perhaps maybe TG games ain't dead, but the real competition has just started.

X mindshare isn't as big a deal as you think it is mr Icceyyy. To a creator, its the narrative you want but actually Immutable has many successful games that nobody talks about on the X timeline. -> Somnis -> Gods Unchained - I just exited and sold 450 NFTs over 2 months. They are still thriving. -> Cross The Ages has a huge player base and has done over 25mil in secondary trading (About as much as Mavis Market life time trading of all collections combined) -> Immortal Rising 2 with 180k Weekly users 1.9 million Monthly Active Gamers. The most in web 3 including Ronin The pipe is crazy as well and momentum is now in full swing

Nowhere did I say they are not permitted to close off their app. It's just a move I can't support. It's greed and bridging has nothing to do with it. It would be similar to Apple closing all games in the App store other than Apple blockchain. Wrong and disgusting behaviour doesn't mean illegal.
