@virginmedia can you tell me why I need to keep my 360 box on downstairs (not on standby) to be able to watch recordings on my mini box upstairs? Poor design having to keep both boxes on.

@MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp I have experience of working in the world of energy, mainly pre-payment customers. What I notice a lot is that pre-payment customers typically won’t top-up unless they need to, meaning little payment activity between Apr-Sept - 1/2
