More and bigger government is not the answer.
Get government out of the way to unleash Canada's private sector and rebuild a strong economy.
Harley Finkelstein@harleyf
If bigger government meant better results, Canada would be crushing it. We’re not. So what are we actually optimizing for?

Carney Liberals pile on more debt which means more inflation today and more taxes tomorrow. Total debt is now bigger than the entire economy.
The more Carney spends, the more things cost.
He is just another Liberal.

@PierrePoilievre "Following a decade defined by record levels of capital flight ...last year, foreign direct investment in Canada hit nearly $100 billion, the highest it’s been since 2015 and the first time in a decade when inflow exceeded outflow." - RBC

@PierrePoilievre The government's stated goal is to reduce the federal workforce from its all-time high of roughly 368,000 in March 2024 down to about 330,000 by March 2029 -- a reduction of approximately 40,000 positions.
Tell me again how the Liberals are making government bigger?

The bigger government gets, the less there is for everyone else.
Mark Carney’s doubled deficits are making every dollar that Canadians earn worth less, effectively passing the bill onto the next generation of Canadians.
Conservatives have a better approach: cap government spending, remove burdensome red tape, and reward hard work, so every dollar you earn buys more.

English

@PierrePoilievre You are calling for optimism and realism.
This is exactly what prime minister Mark Carney has been delivering for the last year.
Maybe you can support our government instead of obstructing it.

@DavidTaylorNYC @PierrePoilievre @brianlilley I met many people in my corporate career who worked hard, but were essentially ineffective.
This sums up Poilievre.

@PierrePoilievre Your buddy @brianlilley says you've never worked hard, and now you have to work hard to keep your job.
He says you're weak.
