Of course this sounds great - but let's explore it from this perspective: This mostly affects people working in fast food chains. Fast food is mostly consumed by low to middle income earners. Fast food chains will either increase prices and/or automate away jobs to maintain profit. Fast food chains will no longer have an incentive to hire young people.
