Advice from my friend: Most people, guys and girls included, who say they're addicted to porn (or erotica, etc) aren't. They could stop if they wanted to. If I walked up to any man saying he's addicted to porn and offered him a million dollars to not do anything sexual for the rest of the day, guess what? He wouldn't. That million dollars is worth it to him. Men aren't addicted, they just value the pleasure porn gives very highly. A million dollars would be enough to stop them. But why isn't God enough to stop them?

@IcyPants_VA @AuroraLightwind Really, any argument that this image isn't blasphemous falls apart when you just look at the woman praying at Trump. The artistic language places Trump explicitly as a messianic figure or an "answer to prayers".

I find it so interesting that Melonie's argument for why this is okay is that because Jesus told His disciples to heal the sick etc. that thats what this pic is saying? Even if we were to entertain that argument that isn't what he is doing. He sits in the White House and does his best to lead the country but it isn't laying hands on others or healing the sick or raising the dead. I also recognize that likely Trump didnt generate this image some underling did and he liked it and foolishly decided to post it. Also if he isnt trying to portray himself as Christ or Christ-like, why have him in the red and white? why not have him in his suit like normally, why is the woman praying while looking at him? Nah theres too much here to make the argument "he is trolling" or "its just him doing what Jesus commands us to do." I support Trump as a president but he has been doing some things recently that are giving me pause for concern.

@DracaBro I can give you a genuine lesson in Christian art and iconography if you're that far from understanding what's going on in the image. At the VERY minimum, he's being portrayed as a living saint while being a non-christian, which is blasphemy by definition.
