All endpoints are back up and healthy , claims are working (40+ so far) , and epoch 3 has been started / subsidized.

Epoch 2 has concluded. Sorry for the delay on the rewards funding. I was monitoring and noticed an RPC error, and wanted to stop everything to properly diagnose before restarting. It was an external infura rpc error though, not internal. Restarted it and epoch is funded. basescan.org/tx/0x9dff4b794…

@99Gamers99 @djcows Easy, on user create, the system checks if one already exists, and if it does, it tells you to pick another. Similar to the way usernames are selected.
