Not many people seem to message you on her but I just want to say the ai phone assistant is the first game-changing thing I’ve seen in a while. It has some wrinkles but is really quite amazing. Just listened to a call where my assistant’s tone actually even sounded like it changed when she realised it was a sales call, then she listened quietly to his spiel only to shut it down at the end

@Prevail_ltd Hey there Catherine — not sure what might be happening, but we have 24/7 chat & email support, available through our website or from the help menus in the ServiceM8 app (iOS app & online). It’d probably be best for them to start up a live chat with our team & go from there.
