As Phil Metzger noted in his post, interesting that it is Blue applying to operate a 51K-satellite Orbital Data Center (ODC) constellation, not AMZN. But didn't AMZN file a petition with the FCC asking them to deny SpaceX's application to operate an ODC constellation?
