It’s always a fun day in the emergency department when you have to explain to very uncomfortable patients that throwing them backwards and spinning them around repeatedly to realign the crystals in their ear is a legitimate medical treatment.

I must tell you friends, reducing the dosage of my cancer immunotherapy has been life changing. My fatigue & nausea are dramatically reduced & I find myself randomly joyful in the day.
Quality of life does matter.
