Fans can sample Southern Star’s four core products and the #WyndhamChamp Single Barrel bottle hand-selected for the tournament. This single-barrel bottle features a mash bill of 60 percent corn, 36 percent rye and four percent malted barley. Aged for nearly six years, it comes at a cask-strength proof of 116.8.
