Had a call with my neurologist, then did a class during my lunch break “with” @JuicyJLaw with #spinunityathome when I got the email on my watch that @Spinunity would be permanently closing. I want to say I was ready, but clearly I wasn’t.. I’ll be posting more thoughts tonight 😔

I did this workout the other day where I played @JuicyJLaw @Spinunity class for 10 minutes then did 8 strength moves for 1 minute each. Did that 3 times. Safe to say I was dead and am still sore! #spinunityathome #ThisIsMS #LifeWithMS #CantStopWontStop
